Picture this…

2007, the rhythmic hum of a '99 Sebring, one headlight defiantly casting its glow. In that moment, Shannon Teamer, consumed by a mixtape's melodies, found himself immersed in a daydream – a vision of the life he longed for, the person he aspired to become. What transpired in that two-faced car wasn't just a journey; it was the birth of a profound revelation.

In the makings of his imagination, Shannon envisioned a life where obstacles weren't roadblocks but opportunities, where the shackles of fear were shattered, and flaws were embraced with unwavering determination. Fuelled by this vision, he sought to create something significant, something meaningful for dreamers who felt shackled by doubt and drowned out by the noise of disbelief.

This quest birthed IABTM – I Am Better Than Me – a movement, a lifestyle, a culture founded on the belief that everyone has the power to redefine themselves. Shannon, with a heart brimming with the desire to bring joy, peace, and greatness to the world, started with himself and expanded that vision to encompass all of us.

IABTM is not just an acronym; it's a beacon guiding individuals on a personalized journey to becoming their envisioned selves. It's a celebration of the present, a sanctuary of peace, love, and joy woven into the very fabric of the transformative process. It's about being present, finding peace in the journey, and cherishing every step along the way.

At IABTM, the battle is against self-doubt, against external definitions of success, against the toxic habit of comparing ourselves to others. It's a fight for the freedom to define success on our terms, to seek it with a voracious appetite, and, above all, to believe in ourselves unconditionally, regardless of the obstacles in our path.

IABTM is a present, a here-and-now declaration of self-love, resilience, and belief. This isn't just a story; it's a coming-of-age epic for us all, an anthem of the human spirit's triumph over adversity. Welcome to IABTM – where the journey is as significant as the destination.
